Stress Management


Nowadays, the word stress seems to affect so many people. For some, they will feel low or depressed. For others, anger and irritation may become an issue. For others, they may feel physical aches or pains. Others may feel overwhelmed by aspects of their life,or life in general. Anxiety and feelings of panic can also be symptoms of stress.

The stress management system that I offer is tailored to the individual. After meeting with you and discovering what the stressors are in your life and how you are affected by these, a treatment plan will be worked out.

Each session will involve talking about your life and experiences. It is now recognised that the "talking therapies" can help to reduce stress. In addition, there would usually be either Bach Remedies or Homeopathy to take, or sometimes both. Reflexology could be included for some. Developing positive thinking, mindfulness, visualisations and guided meditations are all elements that have helped individuals reduce the stress that they feel.

All treatment plans will be according to your time and budget requirements.

I offer initial consultations free of charge, whereby you can find out whether you feel you would benefit from what I offer. These can be face to face, over the phone or via Skype.

Mindfulness Groups
