Stress and Anxiety seem to be affecting more people. Our lives and our minds are so busy: when we are not busy doing work or essential jobs, we are looking at the TV or social media, responding to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. It is quite normal for our minds to have no down time until we are asleep!
For some, they will feel low or depressed, anxious and fearful. For others, anger and irritation may become an issue. For others, they may feel physical aches or pains. Others may feel overwhelmed by aspects of their life, or life in general.
I have learnt that the practice Mindfulness is an amazing way to reduce all of the above and find real Joy in living.
I offer group session or private 1-1 lessons in how to cultivate this simple but amazing skill. You can book an 8 week course which will consist of weekly or fortnightly 1 hour sessions or you can come along and learn the basics with one off sessions.
In addition, I offer Bespoke Stress Management sessions:
Each session will involve talking about your life and experiences and what is casuing the stress. Ypu will be given be either Bach Remedies or Homeopathy to take, or sometimes both. Reflexology could be included for some if requested. Developing positive thinking, mindfulness, visualisations and guided meditations are all elements that have helped individuals reduce the stress that they feel and can be included.
All treatment plans will be according to your time and budget requirements.
